This resource allows for firefighters and anyone else with a tow line to spawn a rope between their own vehicle and one that they intend to rope, allowing for fire crews to pull a vehicle from a ledge or an officer to tow a vehicle from the motorway. No more do you need to have someone manoeuvre no clipping a vehicle to the correct spot creating awkward cuts in a scene.
