The commands for this resource are as follows:
/targetOne & /targetTwo – Sets the vehicle that the player is in as one of the vehicles that the rope will spawn between.
/linkTargets – Spawns the rope between the two configured vehicles, with the rope immediately going rigid
/startRetract & /startExtend – Toggles the rope to either retract or extend.
/stopRope – Stops the retracting and extending actions making the rope go rigid again.
/deleteRope – Deletes the current spawned rope
