Product Usage
Ownership and Restrictions: All scripts and modifications (“products”) offered by OMSolutions are the sole property of OMSolutions. As a customer, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your personal use or for use within your community or roleplay server.
Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Re-selling our products without prior written consent from OMSolutions.
- Re-uploading our scripts to any platform, forum, or website for free or for any commercial purposes.
- Claiming our products as your own work or misrepresenting their origin.
- Modifying our products and redistributing them, even for free.
Copyright Protection: OMSolutions products are protected by copyright laws, and all our work is original. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our products may lead to legal consequences.
Script Modifications: You may make edits or modifications to the scripts solely for configuration purposes, customizing the products to suit your intended use. However, you must not use these modified scripts for any commercial purposes or distribute them without OMSolutions’ consent.
Community and Roleplay Servers
- Usage Rights: Upon purchasing our products, you gain usage rights within your community or roleplay server. However, if you decide to leave the community or server, you must either remove the OMSolutions products from the server or repurchase the products if the new owner wishes to continue using them.
Refunds
Refund Policy: OMSolutions strictly enforces a no-refund policy for all digital products. Once a product has been delivered, refunds will not be issued, except in cases where the product cannot be delivered to the customer as intended.
Product Delivery and Monitoring: OMSolutions logs all product downloads to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Customers are aware that once a product has been delivered, it becomes non-refundable due to its digital nature.
Support and Communication
Official Discord Server: OMSolutions provides customer support exclusively through the Official OMSolutions Discord Server (https://discord.gg/C39cjWEtNk). We encourage customers to join our Discord community for prompt assistance, updates, and announcements.
Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, customers should first raise the issue via our Discord Server, where support can be provided to address the concern.

Payments
Payments for OMSolutions products are handled through Stripe. Please note that pricing may be changed without prior notice.
Product Delivery
Products will be delivered to the customer via email or can be accessed through the orders page on our website (https://omsolutions.co.uk/my-account/orders/).
Re-Downloads and Access Revocation
OMSolutions reserves the right to refuse re-downloads of the script unless a valid reason has been provided. Additionally, we reserve the right to revoke access to future downloads should a customer breach the Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision or part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Force Majeure
OMSolutions shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is the result of any exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or restrictions, power failures, or internet service disruptions.
In the event of a force majeure event, OMSolutions will make reasonable efforts to fulfill its obligations as soon as practicable, but we shall not be held liable for any delays or non-performance caused by such events.
Agreement
By making a purchase from OMSolutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you not to make any purchases from OMSolutions.
Amendments
OMSolutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a customer to review these terms periodically for any changes.
